Tristan provides music therapy and entertainment sessions for the elderly across Oxfordshire and the midlands.

This ranges from work in dementia specialist homes to performances in retirement villages, local clubs and societies and charity functions.

He regularly works with the Alzheimers Society, Dementia Friends, Age UK and Stroke Support Groups.

His focus is on interaction and participants are encouraged to sing along, make requests and share memories.

Music ranges from classic family sing along songs, to 50s Rock n' Roll (Tristan starred in the West End musical 'Dreamboats and Petticoats'), as well as wartime songs, musical theatre, jazz, traditional folk, ballads and rounds.

The room lights up when Tristan plays his guitar and sings with such a wonderful voice. Tristan engages with the residents and plays songs that are easily recognised by them and encourages them to join him singing and clapping along. Our residents thoroughly enjoy the session and Tristan has become a popular entertainer at the care home. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
— Sarah Faulkner, The Lake House
He loved his music, it was joyous, happy, the patients liked him, he smiled.
He brought a lift to the place.
The previous evening I watched X Factor and he would have been the best one on it!
— Staff and patients, Witney Community Hopsital
Absolutely brilliant a fun packed session that everybody is able to join in with.
A wonderful afternoon of fond memories.
A good mix of many different songs.
Non stop singing, smiling, laughing.
